Chocolate Bat Gelato Toppers
Ingredients
- Mini Peanut Butter Cups
- Chocolate Biscuits
- Ready Made Icing
- Edible Eye Balls
- Gelatissimo Gelato
- Waffle Cone
Method
- Unwrap your mini peanut butter cup.
- Separate your favourite chocolate biscuit and cut one piece in half to form the bat wings.
- Squeeze some ready-made icing onto the peanut butter cup to secure the wings in position.
- Use this icing to also secure the eyesballs.
- Allow to set, then place into any Gelatissimo scoop for the ultimate spooky topper!
White Chocolate Ghosts
Ingredients
- White Chocolate Melts
- Edible Eye Balls
- Gelatissimo Gelato
- Waffle Cone
Method
- Melt your white chocolate and using a piping bag or spoon, create some small dollops on a sheet of baking paper.
- While still melted, flatten out using a small spatula.
- Top with edible eyeballs and allow to set.
- Place into any Gelatissimo scoop for the ultimate creepy topper which also doubles as a little spoon.
