Ingredients
- 1L Gelatissimo Matcha Strawberry Gelato
- Block of white chocolate
- Pink food colouring
- Malt Biscuits
Method
- Grease and line base and sides of a 20cm square (6cm deep) cake pan with baking paper, extending paper 2cm above the edges of pan
- Scoop gelato into pan, smoothing down to create a level surface. Freeze for 2 hours or until firm
- Place your block of chocolate into a heatproof bowl and microwave until melted
- Add 1-2 drops of pink colouring to chocolate and combine
- Dip biscuits into melted chocolate. Leave aside to set.
- Once set, take gelato out of freezer and cut a shape to fit in the cookies; lift out and sandwich between 2 biscuits.
- Serve and enjoy!
