Ingredients
- Gelatissimo Coconut Sorbet
- 1 block of dark chocolate, melted
- Desiccated Coconut to garnish
Method
- Using a click scoop, roll out coconut sorbet into small balls and freeze for 2 hours.
- Using a skewer, dip sorbet balls into the melted chocolate and place on a plate
- Sprinkle with desiccated coconut and place back in freezer to set
- Enjoy!
