Our new Gianduia Cremino Gelato is the perfect topping for these layered desserts. An easy, stress-free dessert to impress your guests at your next dinner party!
Ingredients
Ganache
- 130g Whipping cream
- 100g Dark chocolate
Chocolate Mousse
- 140g Mascarpone
- 70g Icing sugar
- 75g Choc hazelnut spread
- 180g Whipping cream
Garnish
- Gelatissimo Gianduia Cremino Gelato
- Hazelnut cream wafers
- Roasted hazelnuts
Method
- To make the ganache, chop the chocolate into small pieces and set aside. Bring whipping cream to a simmer and remove from heat and stir through chocolate until nice and shiny. Place in piping bag and set aside.
- To make the chocolate mousse, combine mascarpone with icing sugar with an electric mixer. Be careful not to overmix as this can become grainy. Add your hazelnut spread then whipping cream and mix until you have nice soft peaks. Place in piping bag and set aside.
- To assemble, spoon a layer of ganache into your cup and top with chopped hazelnut cream wafers. Add in your mousse mix and repeat until full.
- Add a scoop of our Gianduia Cremino gelato, top with chopped hazelnuts and enjoy!
