- Who Can Apply – anyone who purchases a new Gelatissimo franchise in a new regional location and commences trading before June 30th 2026. The Regional Incentive can only be used once.
- Regional Incentive** – the Franchisor will provide applicants who satisfy the criteria in Clause 1.
- A discount of the 5 + 5 year franchise fee from $50,000 down to $25,000
- A waiver of the $10,000 Property Leasing Fee
- A 50% reduction in the Royalty Fee up to the value of $15,000

** Definition
A regional store is located in a town or city that meets all of the following criteria:
- Outside Greater Capital City Statistical Areas (GCCSA) – As defined by the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS), the location is not within the GCCSA boundary of any Australian state or territory capital city.
- Outside Significant Urban Areas (SUAs) over 100,000 – The location is not within an ABS Significant Urban Area with a population exceeding 100,000 where that SUA is located within 100 km of a state capital or a major metropolitan coastal region.
- Not Part of a Continuous Urban Area with a Metropolitan or Coastal City – The location is not connected by continuous built-up area (as defined by ABS Urban Centre boundaries) to a major metropolitan or coastal city.
- Primary Service Catchment is Rural or Regional – The store’s main trade area serves rural or regional communities, rather than functioning primarily as an extension of a metropolitan commuter belt.
