To celebrate our NEW Cookie Cravings campaign, we’ve cooked up the ultimate dessert hack for the cookie obsessed! With a sprinkle of creativity, get ready to whip up your own cookie bowl, ready to filled with your favourite cookie gelato!
Ingredients
- 1L tub of Gelatissimo’s Mint Cookies and Cream Made With KITKAT ® gelato
- 1 roll of cookie dough
- Spray oil
Method
- Prepare your muffin tin by spraying with cooking oil
- Slice your cookie dough into small rounds and place into each muffin hole.
- Bake for 14 minutes on 180 degrees.
- Once cooked, take out of oven and immediately use the back of a spoon to press down in the middle of each cookie to create a bowl like shape.
- Once cool, topped with our Mint cookies and cream Made With KITKAT ® gelato and enjoy!
