• Assorted gelato flavours of your choice
  • Cookies, we like to use mini Chocolate Chip Cookies, but any size or flavour will do!


For the Raspberry Coulis


  • 250g Raspberries
  • 50g Icing Sugar

Heat the raspberries in a non-stick pan and mash with a wooden spoon.

Add the icing sugar and keep mixing until sugar has completely dissolved.

Strain mixture with a sieve to remove seeds.

Cool the coulis in the fridge.


For the Chocolate Biscuit Crumble


  • 3 Oatmeal cookies
  • 3 Chocolate biscuits
  • 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon

Crush the cookies and chocolate biscuits. Add brown sugar and cinnamon and mix well.


To assemble, spread the Chocolate Biscuit Crumble on a rectangular serving plate in a straight line.

Scoop three different flavours of gelato on to the plate. Top the gelato with a cookie.

Spoon the coulis around the plate, keeping it fun and playful!

Grab a spoon and devour!

Best when eaten with some chocolate milk handy!
