Take hot chocolate to the next level with our newest obsession, our Gianduia Gelato Float.
Ingredients
- 2 scoops of Gelatissimo Gianduia Cremino Gelato
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 cups milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch salt
- 170g bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
- 110g milk chocolate, finely chopped
- Fudge sauce
- Chocolate shavings
- Melted chocolate for decoration
Method
- Using melted chocolate, dip the rims of glasses into chocolate and place in fridge
- Whisk together the cream, milk, vanilla, and salt in a medium saucepan. Place the pan over medium heat and cook it, whisking occasionally, until it starts to simmer. Remove the pan from the heat and whisk in the chopped chocolates, stirring until they’re melted.
- Place 2-3 scoops of Gianduia Cremino Gelato into glasses. Pour hot chocolate on top of the gelato and garnish with fudge sauce and chocolate shavings. Serve with spoons for maximum slurping
