Indulge in our most refreshing recipe yet, our Yuzu Mojito cocktail, using our NEW Yuzu Mojito sorbet!
Ingredients
- 2 scoops of Gelatissimo’s Yuzu Mojito sorbet
- 60ml white rum ( add extra soda to make a mocktail)
- 15ml lemon juice
- 15ml lime juice
- 6-8 mint leaves
- 15ml simple syrup
- 90ml soda water
Method
- Add two scoops of our Yuzu Mojito sorbet and some ice into a tall glass
- Add in rum, simple syrup, lemon juice, lime juice and mint leaves
- Stir to combine and top with soda water.
