Used by Chefs, Bakers, Chocolatiers and now Gelatissimo, they craft sustainable chocolate using a signature cocoa blend. This vegan-friendly flavour uses their 811 Dark Couverture Chocolate to achieve a rich and indulgent chocolate taste!
To create the fresh and fruity raspberry flavour we have used Australian Raspberries grown in Corindi, on the Mid North Coast of NSW. And if you need any more convincing to try this flavour, raspberries are full of potassium, folate, magnesium and vitamins! How could you say no?
