Our number one Summer bestseller, award-winning gelato is our Mango Sorbet, where we use over 3o0 tonnes of mango every year! This best-seller uses Kensington Pride Mangoes which are sourced by a second-generation fruit producer, who has run his family business with over 44 years of experience.
These mangoes have an intense sweet and fruity flavour and deep orange hue, making the perfect mango sorbet!
Satisfy your flavour cravings and pair this beautiful fresh flavour in a cup or cone with Sunkissed Coconut, Vanilla Bean or our Raspberry Sorbet.
Boysenberry Swirl Gelato
Our Boysenberry Swirl gelato sees waves of boysenberry swirled through to create this award-winning flavour. These boysenberries are 100% Australian sun-ripened fruit, grown in a family-owned berry farm in the Yarra Valley located in Victoria. They have been growing these berries since the 1940s!
If you have not yet tried a boysenberry, these are a deliciously sweet cross between a raspberry, blackberry and loganberry.
This flavour pairs perfectly with our Rasberry Sorbet or Sunkissed Coconut Sorbet. Why not try all three in a take-home tub!
Lemon Sorbet
Next up is our refreshing Summer flavour Lemon Sorbet. We use Australian Eureka Lemons which are grown by a family-run citrus farm based in Mangrove Mountain on NSW’s Central Coast. These lemons are large, juicy and sour, making up our signature lemon sorbet.
This pairs perfectly with our strawberry and raspberry sorbets, or even our 96% sugar-free chocolate gelato. We know this sounds like a strange combo, but don’t knock it till you try it!
Wicked Double Choc Brownie
Indulge in our Wicked Double Choc Brownie gelato which is a milk choc gelato jam-packed with double choc brownie chunks and a swirl of choc brownie sauce. The ultimate flavour for those chocolate lovers out there.
All our dairy flavours are made with 100% Aussie milk!

Calypso® Mango and Wattleseed Gelato
Our limited-edition January flavour Calypso® Mango and Wattleseed is the ultimate Aussie combo!
This flavour is a creamy mango gelato, featuring waves of native Australian wattleseed infused mango. The perfect balance of creaminess and fruity notes.
Australian Calypso® Mangos are a hybrid of the ‘Sensation’ which is a highly coloured Floriday variety and the Kensington Pride which is a popular Australian variety known for its intense flavour. These mangoes are a bright, yellowy-orange with a stunning pink blush tone.
This delicious creamy Summer flavour pairs perfectly with a fruity Raspberry or Salted Macadamia and Dulce de Leche!
Salted Macadamia and Dulce de Leche Gelato
Lastly, we finish up with our Salted Macadamia and Dulce de Leche Gelato. This flavour is an irresistible Latin American caramel fudge gelato sprinkled with Aussie salted macadamias.
These macadamias are sourced from Northern NSW and QLD tropical areas where they are farmed, roasted and then flavoured with a toffee-like coating that gives that beautiful, salted caramel flavour.
