Using Cavendish bananas, Australia’s most popular variety of banana it gives this refreshing gelato a flavour-packed creamy and smooth texture. To further enhance the flavour we have used oat milk which uses 100% Australian-grown oats giving an even smoother and creamier taste with subtle sweetness.
