- 1L Gelatissimo Smashed Berry Pavlova gelato
- 1x Pavlova base
- 3x Passionfruit cut in half
- 2x Kiwi, peeled, thinly sliced
- 100g Blueberries
- 100g Raspberries
- 100g Strawberries
- 100g Blackberries
- Wash and prepare all fruit and place aside.
- Place your pavlova base on a serving plate.
- Using an ice cream scoop, scoop a variety of small and large scoops of Gelatissimo’s Smashed Berry Pavlova gelato and place in the centre of the pavlova.
- Place freshly cut kiwis around the edge of the pavlova.
- Top the pavlova with remaining fruit.
- Garnish with mint sprigs.
- Serve and enjoy!
