We have created the ultimate summer cocktail (or mocktail!) recipe for you to indulge in using our NEW Passionfruit Yuzu Sorbet!
- Gelatissimo Passionfruit Yuzu Sorbet – slightly melted.
- 45ml White Rum (swap for lemonade to make this a mocktail!)
- 45ml Lime Juice
- 15ml Simple Syrup
- Sugar for garnish
- Lime wheel for garnish
- Rim edge of glass with lime juice and sugar. Set aside
- Add ice, lime juice, simple syrup, rum and Gelatissimo’s Passionfruit Yuzu Sorbet into a cocktail shaker. Shake well to combine. This can also be placed in the blender if your gelato is frozen solid. To make this a mocktail remove rum with top finished glass with lemonade.
- Pour cocktail into glass.
- Garnish with a lime wheel and enjoy!
