Ingredients
- Gelatissimo’s Pina Colada Gelato
- 30ml Coconut cream
- 90ml Pineapple juice
- 60ml Malibu (or substitute for more pineapple juice and coconut cream to make it a mocktail)
- 1 Pineapple piece (for garnish)
- Desiccated coconut (for garnish)
Method
- Rim cocktail glass with desiccated coconut
- Blend all ingredients together
- Pour drink into glass, garnish with a piece of pineapple
- Enjoy!
