Did you know that we use over 30 tonnes of fresh mangoes every year in our Mango Sorbet? That’s over 3.5 hectares of land required to grow the trees needed for our yearly mango production. That’s a lot of mangoes!
Our mangoes are sourced by a local farmer, who is a 2nd generation fruit producer, running his family business located on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland with over 44 years experience. These Kensington Pride mangoes are the most widely grown mango variety in Australia and have an intensely sweet and fruity flavour and deep orange hue, making the perfect Aussie mango sorbet!
