SALTED MACADAMIA AND DULCE DE LECHE
Indulge in our award winning Salted Macadamia and Dulce de Leche which won First Place at the World Dairy Expo USA 2022 and GOLD at the Royal Sydney Cheese and Dairy Show 22.
This gelato is a combination of Latin American caramel fudge gelato sprinkled with Australian salted macadamias for that added texture. This flavour uses Australian grown Macadamias sourced from Northern NSW and Tropical QLD and we use over 2 tonnes of macadamias every year in our gelato production! It’s the perfect mix of sweet and salty that’s simply dulce de licious
PISTACHIO
It’s deliciously rich, delightfully creamy, our pistachio gelato is the ultimate nutty roasted Italian classic. The magic behind our Pistachio gelato is in the ingredients.
We use pistachio paste, straight from Sicily, home to some of the best produce in the world. Every year, we use over two tonnes of this incredible pistachio paste to create our gelato, bringing you an authentic taste of Sicily in every scoop.
This flavour is not only a winner in our eyes and hearts, but also to the World Dairy Expo USA, where our pistachio one first place in 2023 beating hundreds of competitors to achieve best gelato.
BOYSENBERRY SWIRL
Get swept up in the tastiness of our Boysenberry Swirl gelato. Made with juicy plump boysenberry pieces and topped with a berry swirl, if you love berries, you will love this!
Never tried a boysenberry? Boysenberries are a cross between a raspberry, blackberry and a loganberry and when ripe are a deep purplish black. We source these delicious berries from farms such as Nerringundah Berries which is a family-owned berry farm in the Yarra Valley, only 1 hour from Melbourne, Victoria. This family-owned farm has been growing berries since the 1940’s and pride themselves on producing amazing tasting, great quality berries, all which help our gelato get that flavourful taste.
Our award-winning flavour has also won Gold in the Australian Dairy Industry awards and is a fan favourite here with the Gelatissimo team.
