Ingredients
- 1x 500ml tub Gelatissimo’s Mango Passion Pavlova Gelato
- Mini Meringue Kisses
- Passionfruit
- Mango
- Raspberry Puree
- Passionfruit Puree
Method
- Crush your mini meringues (save a few for the top of the pavlova’s) and fill your silicon muffin tray half way with the crushed pieces.
- Top half of the muffin holes with a teaspoon of raspberry puree and then the remaining with passionfruit puree.
- Fill the remaining space with Gelatissimo’s Mango Passion Pavlova Gelato. Make sure to press this down to fill any gaps in the crushed meringues.
- Drizzle your choice of either raspberry or passionfruit puree on top of the gelato.
- Freeze over night or until completly set.
- Top with mini meringues, mango and passionfruit and enjoy!
