Our gelato is made using real strawberries and baked vanilla cheesecake chunks from an artisan bakery Madhouse Bakehouse.
This gelato is swirled with an iconic Australian Beerenberg strawberry jam which is Beerenberg’s bestselling product. The Beerenberg farm is located in Hahndorf South Australia and has been operating since 1839 as a 100% Australian, family-owned business. They produce over 120 tonnes of strawberries every year which is picked, produced, and packed all on their farm.

Our second Deluxe flavour is a decadent Triple Choc Vegan Cookie Dough gelato which is a creamy vegan cookie gelato, loaded with choc chip cookie dough chunks and cookie pieces. The ultimate vegan flavour for the cookie obsessed!
This vegan-friendly cookie dough is an Australian made bespoke cookie dough, created especially for Gelatissimo that uses dark couverture chocolate for that extra decadence.
This flavour pairs perfectly with our Vegan Peanut Butter Brownie, Caramel Mudcake or our 96% Sugar-Free Chocolate gelato.
