This year we bring you our latest flavour innovation with an Australia Day special – Holy Smoke!
A deliciously smoky BBQ gelato topped with tomato relish and crispy chips, it’s a ripper of a flavour!
The gelato itself is made using real quality ingredients and natural hickory smoke powder. It is well balanced with the spiciness of the tomato chutney and texture is added with the crispiness of the salted potato chips. The flavour profile is sweet, salty, spicy and smoky, all in one.
The limited edition Australia Day flavour will be available at selected stores on the 26th January.
