We are celebrating summer and kicking off 2016 with Havaianas – Brazilian Carnival style!
This month, we’re launching two #FlavoursofSummer inspired by Brazil including Pineapple Carnival and Rio de Brigadeiro!
A bit of summer and sizzle, Pineapple Carnival is based on the Brazilian way of eating Pineapple – grilled and caramelised! This fruity flavour is a sweet combination of creamy pineapple gelato meets brown sugar, laced with frozen chunks of pineapple.
For chocoholics, have yourself some Rio de Brigadeiro. Inspired by the indulgent Brazilian chocolate fudge truffle called Brigadeiro, this gelato has rich flavours of chocolate with a touch of sweetened condensed milk, ribbons of dulce de leche caramel and topped with chocolate sprinkles.

The Gelatissimo Gelato cart will also be parked in Bondi on Saturday, 9th January and we’ll be giving away FREE #FlavoursofSummer Bambino cones from 1pm-3pm! We’ll see you down by the beach!
