Launched in March as a limited edition flavour, Doggie Gelato offered both humans and their four legged friends a delicious dairy-free style gelato.
With no compromise on taste, the Doggie Gelato proved an instant success with a deliciously creamy flavour and peanut nougat throughout. The new addition was such a sensation across the board that the majority of stores sold out of the gelato within the first few days of sale.
The award judges were looking for fast food and casual restaurants that launched not only innovative but popular campaigns within the past year. Gelatissimo CEO, Filipe Barbosa proudly accepted the award at the lunch reception.
