Brown Sugar Bubble Milk Tea
Our first most requested flavour is our Brown Sugar Bubble Milk Tea. This is a milk tea gelato delicately infused with organic black tea and topped with chewy, brown sugar pearls. Our black tea is freshly brewed across all our stores using organic black tea grown in Rwanda. Waves of brown sugar syrup is swirled throughout and then topped with extra soft and chewy tapioca pearls.
This flavour pairs perfectly with our Cookie Crumble, Salted Caramel or Filipino Ube Cheesecake gelato.
Filipino Ube Cheesecake
Next up is our Filipino Ube Cheesecake gelato which is an Ube gelato topped with chunks of jiggly cheesecake. This gelato is made using ube to hero the flavours of South East Asia and is then topped with chunks of real jiggle cheesecake, handmade by a local supplier right in here Australia.

Finally, one of our most popular flavours to date, Caramel Milk which is a caramelised white chocolate gelato. It combines a burnt caramel sauce to the mix which creates an intense, buttery and smooth caramelised white chocolate gelato.
