We’ve tripled the decadence with three NEW flavours from around the world that have wanderlust written all over them.
First up is our Japanese Yuzu Passionfruit which takes your taste buds straight to Japan! This flavour is a creamy passionfruit gelato bursting with citrusy flavour and a yuzu infused passionfruit swirl.
For those who have never tried a Yuzu fruit, it is a traditional Japanese fruit that tastes like a cross between a lemon, mandarin, and a grapefruit. Pair this refreshing and creamy gelato with our Raspberry, Baked Strawberry Cheesecake or White Chocolate gelato.
Next in our international lineup is our Italian Hazelnut Rocher gelato, which is a hazelnut gelato made with waves of chunky chocolate hazelnut ripple. This international flavour features Italian hazelnuts grown in Northern Italy in the region of Piedmont. These hazelnuts – Nocciola Gentile Delle Langhe, are recognized as one of the best varieties in the world!
This Italian favourite pairs perfectly with our Espresso, Decadent Cookie Dough or Choc Chip gelato for a two-scoop dream.
We complete our trip around the world in Turkey with our Turkish Baklava which is a nutty gelato made with toffee coated nuts, chunks of Gaziantep Baklava and a smooth pistachio swirl.
The traditional Turkish Baklava is a rich, buttery, sweet dessert made from filo pastry, finely ground pistachios and walnuts, butter, and a sweet sugar syrup. This nutty flavour uses Baklava from Gaziantep Sweets in Sydney and creates delicious traditional Turkish baklava, sourcing their pistachios from Gaziantep,Turkey.
Pair this traditional flavour with our Pistachio, Chocolate or Salted Macadamia and Dulce de Leche gelato. If you’re flavour obsessed, we recommend asking our friendly staff to add a Hot Nutella Drizzle for that extra decadence!
