- 2 small chillies, finely sliced
- 200g of quality dark chocolate
- Chocolate gelato
Chop the dark chocolate into small chunks and melt by placing in a metal bowl over a simmering pot of water. Add the chillies and stir. Strain this mixture using a sieve.
Take the chocolate gelato out of the freezer and allow to melt slightly until it’s soft enough to mix through. Fold through the melted chocolate and chilli mixture then place back into the freezer for a few hours.
Scoop into cups to serve, and top with grated dark chocolate for a classic finish.
