Gelatissimo “Split the G Wafer” Challenge
1. Promoter
The promotion is conducted by Gelatissimo Pty Ltd (“Promoter”) of 6/9-11 South St, Rydalmere NSW 2116
2. Promotional Period
The promotion commences 12:01am AEST Tuesday 17 March 2026 and closes 11:59pm AEST Sunday 22 March 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
Entries submitted outside the Promotional Period will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 13 years or over.
Entrants under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to participate.
Employees of Gelatissimo, participating franchisees, agencies associated with the promotion and their immediate family members may participate but are not eligible to win the major prize draw.
4. How to Enter
To enter the promotion during the Promotional Period, entrants must:
Purchase any gelato from a participating Gelatissimo store (a complimentary G wafer is included free with each scoop).
Attempt to split the G wafer in a single crack.
Film or photograph the attempt.
Post the attempt publicly on TikTok or Instagram (Story or Reel).
Tag @gelatissimogelato and include the hashtag #SplitTheGWafer.
Gelatissimo may contact entrants via direct message to confirm Club Gelato account details.
Instagram Stories must remain visible for the full 24-hour duration to be eligible.
Accounts must be public at the time of posting to allow entry verification.
Multiple entries are permitted; however each entry must relate to a separate purchase and unique wafer attempt.
5. Successful Split Criteria
A “successful split” occurs when:
The wafer is cracked in a single attempt, and
The crack runs horizontally through the centre of the letter “G”, and
The wafer separates into two clearly distinct pieces.
Minor deviations may still qualify if the crack clearly intersects the central spine of the G and visibly divides the letter.
The Promoter’s decision is final regarding whether a split qualifies as successful and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Prizes
Prize 1 – Free Scoop Reward
Entrants who successfully split the wafer and submit a valid entry will receive:
One (1) Free Scoop Voucher
The voucher will be:
Loaded to the entrant’s Club Gelato account. If the entrant does not already have a Club Gelato account, they will be required to download the Club Gelato app and register for an account in order to receive and redeem the free scoop voucher.
Valid for 30 days from issue
Redeemable at participating Gelatissimo stores
Not transferable or redeemable for cash
Limit one (1) free scoop voucher per Club Gelato account during the Promotional Period.
Prize 2 – Major Prize Draw
All valid entries submitted during the Promotional Period (including unsuccessful attempts) will be entered into a draw to win:
One (1) $500 VISA Gift Card
The draw will take place at:
Gelatissimo Head Office, 6/9-11 South St, Rydalmere NSW 2116
Thursday 2nd April, 2026 at 2pm
The winner will be notified via direct message on the social platform used to enter within 2 business days of the draw.
If the prize is not claimed within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw at the same location on [Insert Redraw Date].
The winner’s first name and state/territory may be published on Gelatissimo’s website or social media channels.
The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
7. Club Gelato Membership
To be eligible for prizes:
Entrants who successfully complete the challenge and qualify for a reward will receive their Free Scoop Voucher via the Club Gelato app.
Entrants must hold a valid Club Gelato membership to receive the reward. If an entrant does not already have a Club Gelato account, they will be required to download the Club Gelato app and register for an account in order to receive and redeem the voucher.
Failure to create a Club Gelato account when requested may result in the reward being forfeited.
8. Content Use
By entering the promotion, entrants grant the Promoter permission to repost, publish, edit, and use submitted content across Gelatissimo’s social media channels, digital platforms, marketing materials and in-store displays without additional compensation.
Content must be appropriate, non-offensive and brand safe.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this promotion and awarding prizes.
10. Social Platform Disclaimer
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or TikTok.
Entrants release Instagram and TikTok from any liability related to the promotion.
11. General
The Promoter reserves the right to:
Verify the validity of entries
Disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process
Cancel, suspend or modify the promotion if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
The Promoter is not responsible for technical issues, incorrect tagging, private accounts, or entries not received due to platform errors.
Pistachio Papi X Gelatissimo Social Giveaway:
Promoter: Gelatissimo Pty Ltd (“Gelatissimo”).
Eligibility: Open to Australian residents only. Entrants must have a valid public Instagram account.
How to Enter: Tag a friend in the comments of the giveaway post, like the post, and follow both @pistachiopapiofficial and @gelatissimo on Instagram. Multiple entries permitted; each tag counts as a separate entry.
Prize: Fifteen (15) winners will each receive one (1) Papi x Gelatissimo Prize Pack containing: Pistachio Papi x Gelatissimo socks, a $15 Gelatissimo gift card, Pistachio Papi spread, and a Pistachio Papi apron. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Competition Period: Opens on posting of the giveaway and closes Wednesday 19 November at 6:00pm AEST. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
Winner Selection: Winners will be selected at random and contacted directly by Gelatissimo via Instagram DM within 3 business days of the competition closing.
Claiming the Prize: Winners must respond within 5 business days. Failure to respond may result in the prize being forfeited and another winner being selected.

Dubai Chocolate Slice Social Competition – $500 Gelatissimo Gift Card
1.Promoter
The promoter is Gelatissimo Pty Ltd (ABN 9110 0053 307), of 6/9-11 South St, Rydalmere NSW 2116 Australia.
2.Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 13 years or older. Entrants under 18 must have parent or guardian permission. Employees (and their immediate families) of Gelatissimo and agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
3.Promotional Period
Entries open on 8 July 2025 and close at 11.59pm AEST on 31 July 2025.
4.How to Enter
To enter, individuals must:
Visit a Gelatissimo store and purchase a Dubai Chocolate gelato slice.
Share a photo or video of the product on Instagram, TikTok or Facebook, using the hashtag #dubaichocolategelatissimo and tagging @gelatissimogelato in the post.
Ensure the post is public and visible for the duration of the promotional period.
Multiple entries are permitted, however each must be a unique post.
Posts must include both the hashtag and the tag to be considered valid.
Entries must not contain any offensive, inappropriate or infringing content.
5. Judging Criteria
This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. All valid entries will be judged by a panel appointed by Gelatissimo. Judging will be based on creativity, originality, and visual appeal. The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will be selected in total from all entries received across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. The winner will receive a $500 Gelatissimo gift card (valid for use in-store only; expiry and usage terms apply). The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via direct message on the platform they entered from by 15 July 2025. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, Gelatissimo reserves the right to award the prize to the next best entry.
8. Ownership and Use of Entries
By entering, entrants grant Gelatissimo a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, edit and publish their entry content (including photos/videos and social handles) for promotional purposes in any media, without compensation.
9. Privacy
Personal information provided will be handled in accordance with Gelatissimo’s Privacy Policy. Entrants’ details will not be shared with third parties except as required for the administration of this promotion.
