Summer may be coming to an end, but we’re keeping the good vibes going and your gelato cravings satisfied with our NEW Gelato with Benefits range! Here at Gelatissimo we’re always providing options to suit everyone’s tastebuds with our delicious gelato, and that’s what we’ll be doing with these three innovatively beneficial flavours we’ve created with our amazing partners below.
First, we have ACAI BOWL, a Brazilian acai berry gelato topped with berries and granola, made with Amazon Power Acai. The crunchy golden granola by Carman’s is made with a blend of oats, nuts, puffed rice and pepitas, toasted with honey, cinnamon and vanilla. Regarded as the #1 Superfood, Acai has more than 5 times the antioxidant power of blueberries, and is the star ingredient in this delicious flavour!
And lastly, to complete the trio is GINGER & LEMON KOMBUCHA. This is a refreshing ginger and lemon tea gelato made with Rok Kombucha, handmade and batch brewed locally in Margaret River. Rok Kombucha is an authentic, raw Kombucha infused with cold pressed ginger and lemon, filtered pure Margaret River water, certified organic white and green tea and certified organic kombucha culture. This is then topped with a ginger swirl containing real ginger pieces.
Next, we have CHOC COCONUT PROTEIN, a creamy vegan-friendly choc coconut gelato, made with Blessed Protein powder. Made with Callebaut cocoa powder and a base of coconut and soy milk, this is the perfect flavour for our plant-based customers. Blessed Protein powder is an all-natural, vegan-friendly plant protein powder made from pea protein, produced with 100% sustainable raw ingredients. It’s the perfect treat after a work-out!
