Gelatissimo Victoria – Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
   The promoter is Gelatissimo (ABN: 91 100 053 307), 6/9-11 South Street Rydalmere, NSW, 2116.
2. Eligibility
   1. Open to customers of Gelatissimo Victoria stores (Lygon Street, Eastland, Northland and Watergardens) who make a purchase and scan their Club Gelato card during the competition period.
   2. Employees, franchisees, and immediate family members are ineligible.
3. Competition Period
   1. Opens 12 September 2025.
   2. Closes 12 October 2025 at 11:00 pm AEST.
   3. Late entries will not be accepted.
4. Entry Conditions
   1. Entry is automatic when a Club Gelato card is scanned during a purchase.
   2. No ticketed entry fee applies.  Entry is gained automatically when making a purchase in a Gelatissimo store and scanning your Club Gelato card. *Normal product purchase price applies.
   3. Each valid entry has an equal chance of winning.
5. Prize Details
   1. 1 × Moccamaster Coffee Brewer plus 500g coffee beans.
   2. Total retail value: AU $600.
   3. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
6. Draw Details
   1. Random draw will take place after competition close, no later than 1 November 2025.
   2. Draw will be conducted fairly and securely.
7. Winner Notification
   1. Winner will be notified in writing (email).
   2. Winner will be announced on Gelatissimo’s official social media pages by 1 November 2025.
   3. As the prize is valued at $600 (under $1,000), publication in a newspaper is not required; however, the winner’s name will remain online for at least 28 days.
8. Prize Delivery
   1. As this competition is open to Gelatissimo Victoria store customers only, the prize will be delivered free of charge within Victoria or made available for collection within 28 days of the draw.”
9. Substitution
   1. If the prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, Gelatissimo may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to written agreement with the winner where practicable.
10. Privacy
    1. Personal information collected will be used solely for the purposes of administering this competition, contacting the winner, and in accordance with Gelatissimo’s Privacy Policy [gelatissimo.com.au/privacy-policy/].
    2. Club Gelato members, or new sign-ups to Club Gelato who opt in to marketing communication, consent to receive promotional communication from Gelatissimo after the competition.
    3. Entrants may unsubscribe from such communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in promotional emails or by contacting Gelatissimo directly.
11. Record Keeping
    1. Gelatissimo will retain records of this competition, including entry logs and prize distribution, for a minimum of three years.
12. Disqualification
    1. Gelatissimo reserves the right to disqualify entrants who breach these terms, provide false information, or attempt to interfere with the competition.
13. Liability
    1. Except for liability that cannot be excluded under law, Gelatissimo is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of entering this competition or accepting a prize.
