Experience a refreshing fruity sorbet made with Australian Eureka lemons grown in Mangrove Mountain NSW. We use Eureka lemons as their juice, zest and flesh are perfectly acidic, which creates a sour, tart, and tangy taste which is the ultimate balance between subtle sweetness.
Our lemons are grown in Mangrove Mountain on the Central Coast NSW, by a second-generation citrus farmer who established their beautiful lemon farm in the 50’s and now have over 20,000 citrus trees. We pack our gelato full of this fresh lemony flavour, using approximately 50,000 lemons to produce our lemon sorbet across our stores each year. That’s a lot of lemons!
